Our Story
Since 2011, this has been the first ramen specialty restaurant to open in the DMV area.
The restaurant's signature feature is its authentic Sapporo ramen, prepared by Japanese chefs using curly noodles imported directly from Nishiyama Seimen in Hokkaido.
In addition to our classic miso, shio, and shoyu ramen, we offer a wide variety of special menu items created by our chefs.
